Rock the Bells
is a full body bootcamp style workout with
Competition Kettle Bells
as the main focus of the class.
In Rock the Bells you will learn proper Kettle Bell techniques including:
proper grips, and the basic performing arts
(Swing, 1-arm Swing, Clean, Jerk and Snatch)...
as well as other aspects of fitness to make sure you get a Complete workout.
The class is taught by Kettle Bell Athletic Performance Trainer, as well as 2nd place Mr. Olympia competitor, James Robinson.
This class will also be a stepping stone to enter the more advanced and technical Battle of the Bells class.
In Battle of the Bells we focus on what it takes to actually compete in the national and international sport. We'll take what you've already learned and advance you to timed sets of Long Cycle, Bi-athlon, Clean & Jerk (double for men), and Snatch.
You can use this to either continue your education or for our ultimate goal for you, to satisfy your competitive juices and show the world the skills you've amassed by competing.
